Keramic – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Keramic! These are the simple rules for shopping with us, whether you’re buying wholesale, dropshipping, trade, or a one-off order. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to these terms.
 

Ordering

  • Once you place an order and we confirm it, that’s when the agreement is in place.
  • If you’re ordering a bespoke or custom-made item, it must be paid for in full before we start making it, and it can’t be cancelled or refunded unless it arrives faulty.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • For standard orders, payment terms will be agreed at the time of order.
  • Bespoke orders must be paid in full upfront.

Delivery

  • We’ll always give you an estimated delivery date, but sometimes delays happen — these are outside our control.
  • Once your order is delivered to the address you give us, it’s your responsibility.

Returns & Faulty Goods

  • If something arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 14 days so we can arrange a return or replacement.
  • If an item isn’t faulty, we can’t accept a return unless required by UK law.
  • Bespoke or custom-made items can’t be returned unless faulty.

Trading & Use

  • By ordering, you confirm you’re allowed to trade and resell our products if that’s your intention.
  • All products must be used in line with UK laws and regulations.

Liability

  • Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you’ve purchased.
  • We’re not responsible for indirect losses or costs caused by delays or issues outside our control.
  • We never exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Law

 
These terms are governed by UK law, and any issues will be handled in the UK courts.
